Some of Ranjit's recent animated GIFs
Most gifs can be clicked for more info
Netscape chokes when you have
this many animations on one page.
So you probably won't see them all moving at once.
Try reloading, or clicking, or "View this image."
If you're not using Netscape,
you probably won't see any animation at all.

I'm fond of
GifBuilder for Mac by
Yves Piguet.
(hint: never build an interlaced animated GIF. It flickers!)
I use it to assemble animations created
in Photoshop
(hint: assemble your animation as layers, then strip them out),
in Painter
(hint: save your frame stack as numbered GIFs),
and in Ray Dream Studio
(hint: if you save as QuickTime, import it into Painter,
and then ask Painter to export as numbered GIFs, you'll get better
results than dropping Studio's numbered PICTs directly into GifBuilder).
Royal Frazier has a great wealth of information about GIF animation
in the
Internet Gallery of GIF89A Animation.
